Massive diving front
I was out on the trampoline again a little and also spent a little bit of time doing flips into the pool. I also did handstands throughout the day and tried doing some 1 armed handstands.
Chase and I went out and spent some time on the slackline. We also did some trampoline work together. I went home and wanted to play some more so I did some more trampoline stuff. I tried double fronts but I don’t have enough awareness to land them. I also did some rail precisions and balance.
I went down to Chase’s place and spent the day hopping around the rock scramble of Old Rag Mountain.
215 - 220
This week was spent doing some fun stuff. I did some slacklining, Trampoline fun, a day of handstands, and (B)east coast on the weekend. I messed up a lot at beast but it was still a lot of fun.
Day 199 - 214
The past two weeks have been crazy. After a week of exams, I went to Idaho for a week. Both of these really threw off my schedule and I had some really unique and weird training days. For instance, I went cliff jumping, bouldering, and mountain running.
We went out to jam and I was feeling surprisingly fresh. I did some strides across some posts. I did a line that contained stride across rails to a cat cling. I also did strides across green power boxes. One of the last thing I did was a sideflip gap that I barely made. It was super ugly and low but it worked.
We almost forgot to do parkour and didn’t get to it till after 4am. We just worked on handstands. I tried doing some negative handstand pushups just to get some strength.
GYM NIGHT. I worked on a lot of simple flips and connecting them. I also did some huge sprinting speed and dash vaults. I also did some twisting progression, front fulls and back halves, attempting to get a full.
